I'm a Kansas city Missouri native, and recent BYU graduate in Communications and Business. I have over a decade of weight training and fitness experience and I'm very passionate about helping others. My goal is to help you accomplish your goals. Whether you want to get stronger, feel better, or look better, we can make it happen.

They reduce stress, improve focus, and boost confidence. When you take care of your body, you support your mind as well! This creates a healthier and more capable version of yourself.
I want all of my clients to have the ability and confidence to work out independently with the knowledge and experience gained from training sessions with me. Now, if you’d rather have a Trainer all the time, that’s great. But if that opportunity call, you'll be ready for it.

Far from the typical crowded “big box” gym, The Training Room provides a focused training environment with plenty of space, a huge turf area, and quality equipment to help you get the most out of every session. No waiting for machines. No overwhelming crowds. Just a welcoming atmosphere where you can show up, put in the work, and keep moving toward your goals.
Your training experience goes beyond the workout with recovery tools like cold plunges, a red-light sauna, and more to help you feel and perform your best. Whether your goal is building strength, losing body fat, improving mobility, or creating healthier habits, The Training Room provides the environment and community to help you get there.
Session lengths: 1 Hour / Half Hour
$99/month - full-time gym access
$59/month - access only during training sessions (you're welcome to hang out and do more after sessions)
$169/month - full-time gym access

Training sessions are paid monthly in full, just like your membership fee. This is the easiest way to track payments and ensure accountability for both of us.
If you're unable to attend a session, we can figure out a time to reschedule, assuring you receive all your sessions for that month. If either of us will be out of town or unavailable, we can plan for that and adjust pricing, gym access (for training-only memberships), and anything else as needed.
I'm super easygoing and love working with people. We can work together to figure out what is best for all parties involved. My goal is to provide valuable, enjoyable workouts that are focused on your goals. The Training Room has tons of space, is never crowded, and has great equipment options; it's the best place to train. Let's do this!
